Curve Contracts is shaped by the career of its founder, Aris Milentis.

His background spans corporate law firms and senior in-house roles at JPMorgan, MUFG, and ByteDance/TikTok. He also worked with fintech startups Olea and Audax, launched from Standard Chartered Ventures. This institutional and venture experience extends to advising private investors and family offices on fund structuring, SPVs, and cross-border investment vehicles across Asia, the Gulf, and the BVI and Cayman Islands.

Alongside this legal foundation is hands-on startup experience. Aris spent a year in Palo Alto with two early-stage health tech startups, combining legal expertise with startup execution.
